today, slept thru for 4 hours and woke up around 1130pm. started on the unfinished plan for the weekend: spring-cleaning my study table..errr, wasnt messy but i still got stuff from last semester to put away and havent done anything with this semester. well, got a bit excited with better organised (and slacking,shessshh) rotation this semester.. highlighted the deadlines, sorted out the old notes and skimmed thru the requirement for this semester. at the same time, chatted away with the girlfriends and surfed the net for (hardly) interesting read.
to start the story with, i am getting worried with my ehemm, weight. not to say i couldnt fit in my clothes or anything similar, but i wishfully wished i didnt gain any EXTRA kg-s over this winter either . i deliberately avoid THE scale so i cant really tell,hehehehe. eventho i havent done anything sinful to my eating pattern (err, ok ..apart from some unwilling binge or superlicious meal we finished =D), i havent done anything helful to shed the extra fat either. in fact, i stopped doing so about 3 months ago after life got so hectic to handle??? heh, so much so for buying a yoga mat then :p
back to the earlier story, came across this yoga instructor's blog (sorry, no link ) and read this mind-relieving REAL LIFE STORY, about the POUNDS that dont count and how unreliable THE scale. you may look slimmer/smaller/leaner and yet, gain some weight.

-shouldnt bother about THE scale anymore. instead, go with the size of ur clothes and some positive remarks from others??LOL
-i may not be motivated to start working out this sejuk-sejuk weather, stingy to fork my money out for gym membership and not in perfect health BUT i'm thinking of some yoga-pilates, basketball and brisk walk once the obstacles mentioned above are over. i will, i must;)
wait!!!
i havent told you that my appetite go double-tripled once i started to exercise, have i????
