ohh OSCE!!!!!

heh, it stands for objective structured clinical exam...petang tadi just formative assesment so xdelah kena buat 10 stations...instead ade 4 stations and only took half and hour..coz for every station ade 6 mins and interval of i min..

how did it went???Phhbbttt..i stuffed up at one station but the rest were not bad...1st aku kena interview patient pasal cardiovascular..peripheral oedema due to cardiac failure(heh, aku agak lahh:p)..well, managed to cover most of the questions that i remember plus...tapi aku ade silap dengar...patutnye parents dia dah deceased tapi aku pegi cakap' ohh, good that they are doing well'..hahahhahah!!!dia pun dah terbuat muka pelik kat aku..malu2!!
2nd station was respiratory examination..hmmm, okehla jugak eventhough tgn aku obviously shakky..hahhahahh!!!dahla Carol yg jadik examiner tapi she was nice as always..then kena demo nak buat peak flow meter kat patient, satu jeh yg aku ingat mase tute dulu "you have to seal your lip around this mouthpiece, eheh!". 'patient' yg nih baik and aku pun blasah jeh buat mane yg aku ingat..
3nd station really suck!! heh, 1st aku kena amik blood pressure, agak anticipate gak tapi still aku x competent..in fact aku give up jeh after 2 trials coz x menjadik..well2, sbenarnye aku a bit shock to see familar face yg jadik 'patient' aku, this chinese malaysian (3rd year now) yg dulu2 penah kerek ngan aku..huarghh, terus mood aku jadik kureng beshh...gggrrr!!! tapi mmg aku pun x bape confident nak perform BP test nih coz bape kali sgt aku dapat pegang sphygnometer tuh...then wat urine test(2nd task)...pun aku main blasah jeh tapi xdelah sampai aku give up..heheh..the bell rang for the next station without me looking at the X-rays(3rd task).
4th station, same case(last year OSCE) of Aborigine with alcoholic problem..hadusss, ntah ape yg aku karutkan tapi it was not-so-bad. after all, he giving me much info eventho kat dlm sheet tuh kata i need to get the patient to talk...species baik hati la tuh..toche2!!
heheh, aku agak upset jugak bile pk balik psl BP test tuh..sampaikan mase lintas kat traffic light depan Mannix Hall, aku dihon oleh satu keta nih sebab patutnye aku dah sampai seberang jalan ...isk2 yatt!!
balik tuh bile call parents kat mesia terus benda tuh jadik insignificant..after all it is formative and there is no marks for the final..but very high likely aku x nak amik score sheet utk kali nih sbb..???
