10 things i do when i feel so stressed out ..

1. Total submission to HIM. As i grow up, i learnt and noticed a lot of things. One would be that Allah never fails me. No matter how hard life is or how lonely i feel, to know that HE never leaves me alone gives me strength. Tapi manusia mmg mudah lalai, hanya mendekatkan dgn DIA bila dalam kesusahan. Malu...

2. Sleep. As ppl always say, sleep on it and when u wake up...thing isnt that bad after all. Tapikan selalu terjadi, perkara yang menyusahkan hati itu masuk dalam mimpi..

3. As what most of the woman would do, drain the tears duct. orang kata boleh membersihkan mata juga..maybe sebab itu alhamdulillah, aku masih tak perlukan kacamata.

4. Quiet. i know when i'm crancky, i can be annoyingly sensitive and quick tempered. so, kindly give me some space to cool down.

5. Talk/write. whichever i'm comfortable doing or whoever company i've got at that time. eventho i find it harder to practise this method nowadays, but i know in the past it helped me a lot. and yes, i'm very selective and the number is shrinking.

6. Would like to hit the basketball board. and score!

7. Would like to be somewhere with a silent company. No word but presence..

8. Maybe read good books. The ones that would make me forget the world.

9. Maybe watch feel-good movies. and sleep halfway through the story.

10.Hyperactive on rare events.
