Today?

- ate my last slice of bread this morning. huhuh, there goes my 'instant' meal. made extra effort for egg sandwich cos i was practically starving since the nite before. What're left on my food shelf: nestum, milk, kurma, (uncooked)pasta, tinned tuna and jam.sigh

- they changed the comm skills workshop to this arvo. yes, i was asked to do the role play for that and hardly prepared anything. here's the brief instruction: you are concerned about ur daughter's asthma and want to have her check....speak no English....interpreter..slightly tense introverted person..lower the volume of voice..hesitate before answering....avoid eye contact...do tell the doctor what's happenning...when asked about ur husband you become very upset and nervous, started crying...embarrased...you do slowly reveal.
fuhhhhhh, it wasnt easy as u would imagine. we had about 20 ppl in the session and i had S, and indian msia as the Malay interpreter. i really had to block my mind from listening to her interpretation, otherwise i would be on the floor laughing my head off..just a sneak preview of what happened
Doctor: so hows the asthma going?
Interpreter: jadi, macam mana asthma itu sudah pergi??
Mother: (tolongggggg, aku nak gelakk aku nak gelakk!!)*chuckled* hmmm, sudah kena 10 kali dalam tahun nih (sambil tunjuk sign 10 dgn tangan)..

dah, yg lain2 tak ingat. thank god, i didnt get do to the crying part..dah cuak dahh..matiii, mcm mane nak blakon part tu depan2 sume org....ehem, mase tgh nak get ready tuh sempatla check out on H...dia senyum jeh tgk aku..hahahhaha, kachhh nye dia xoxo

-so so hungry when i reached home. too lazy to cook rice or pasta, i settled for kurma before off to 'nite' nap. rasa mcm nak nangis pun ade sbb lapar. lps tuh minta ihsan Z for 2 slices of bread n made myself milo-nestum. jadiklaa tuh...nmpk gaya plan nak masak pasta utk bekal pun tinggal plan jelahh..mim alif lam sin sungguhh (err, betul ke jawi aku tuh?)
